To ensure the best solution is provided, please send a list of incorrect items along with photos for reference to firstname.lastname@example.org. From there, our team will be in contact with our farms to source replacements for the listed stems/arrangements. Once we have confirmed the replacements, we will be in touch with updated shipping information.
If the allotted time frame does not provide enough time to source replacements, we would be happy to submit a refund for the damaged stems that will allow you to source replacement stems locally. Please send a list of incorrect items along with photos for reference to email@example.com. The refund will be processed immediately, but may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
