We are so sorry that you received sad stems. To ensure the best solution is provided, please send a list of damaged/broken/wilted items along with photos for reference to email@example.com. From there, our team will be in contact with our farms to source replacements for the listed items. Once we have confirmed the replacements, we will be in touch with updated shipping information.
If the allotted time frame does not provide enough time to source replacements, we would be happy to submit a refund for the damaged/broken/wilted stems that will allow you to source replacement stems locally. Please send a list of damaged items along with photos for reference to firstname.lastname@example.org. The refund will be processed immediately, but may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
