We are so sorry there were items missing from your order. To ensure the best solution is provided, please send a list of missing items to email@example.com. From there, our team will be in contact with our farms to source replacements for the listed stems/arrangements. Once we have confirmed the replacements, we will be in touch with updated shipping information. We will also be submitting a refund for the shipping fee listed on your invoice.
If the allotted time frame does not provide enough time to source replacements, we would be happy to submit a refund for the missing items that will allow you to source replacement stems locally. Please send a list of missing items along with photos for reference to firstname.lastname@example.org. The refund will be processed immediately, but may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
