My order is late.

If you find your order is running late, please make sure to double check the status of your shipment on the FedEx website Detailed Tracking (fedex.com). From there, you can find updated arrival times and status reports. If you find there is an error and your order has been delayed, please reach out to weddinghelp@thebouqs.com. Our operations team will be able to provide additional information regarding the status of your delivery.
